1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Waler Sp.z o.o., Makowska 18, 26-600 Radom, Poland, KRS 0001272776 (“we”, “us”). You can contact us about personal data at walerspzoo@gmail.com or by phone at +48 783 496 802.
2. What data we process and why
When you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your name, your contact details and the content of your message in order to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare an offer or a contract. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping business correspondence).
When you use the request form, we process the details you enter: property type, project, current heating, heated area, city or postcode, your name, e-mail and/or phone number and your message. To protect the form against abuse we also store a salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and use it to limit the number of requests from one connection. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for the abuse protection, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data that every browser sends (IP address, user agent, date and time of the request, requested address) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and working website).
3. Hosting and processors
The website and the request form run on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which acts as our processor. Requests sent through the form are stored in a database at Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data (IP address, user agent, time of the request) for security and delivery. Transfers to the United States are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep data
Requests sent through the form are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. E-mails and other correspondence are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if a contract follows, for the periods required by law (for example tax and accounting rules). Technical logs at our hosting provider are kept only for the short time needed for security and delivery.
5. What we do not do
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website. We do not sell your data, do not use it for profiling and do not make decisions about you by automated means. Giving your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot answer your request.
6. Recipients
Your data may be accessed by our processors (hosting and e-mail providers) to the extent needed to provide their services, and by public authorities where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
Under Art. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use these rights, write to walerspzoo@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
